Registration and payment:

Registration is always online through the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub’s registration system (Conference Manager).

You can register one participant per course per registration – see the deadline for registration in the course description for the course you wish to participate in. Always remember to complete your registration with your full personal details; they are important in case we need to contact you or identify you.

Payment for your participation takes place online. Your registration is not complete until your payment is registered.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration once you have registered for a course.

An invoice will be sent to the e-mail you have submitted as your invoicing address.

When you have completed your payment, you will receive a ticket and a QR code via e-mail. You must bring these with you when you attend the course. The ticket will be used to register your arrival.

If a course is overbooked the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to prioritize chiropractors working under the Danish common agreement.

If a course is overbooked, a waiting list may be set up.

Meals and accommodation:

The course fee usually includes meals during the day – see the individual course description. Additional meals and accommodation can usually be selected when registering for a course.

If you have special food requirements, e.g. because of allergens etc., we ask you to inform us about this when you register. If you have special accommodation requirements, we also ask you to inform us about this when you register.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel to registration, you must do this in writing via e-mail to the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub – see contact details below.

Physical courses:

If you cancel at least four weeks before the course, we refund the full registration fee.
If you cancel at least three weeks before the course, we refund half of the registration fee.
If you cancel less than three weeks before the course, we do not refund the registration fee.

Online courses:

If you cancel at least four working days before the course, we refund the full registration fee.
If you cancel less than four working days before the course, we do not refund the registration fee.

Your course registration is personal. If you cancel your participation, you cannot send someone else.

In the event of you cancelling due to illness or suspicion of illness, the above still applies.
It is your responsibility to keep informed about and adhere to public authority guidelines regarding national or regional health threats.

Changes and cancellation:

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to change the programme regarding price, time, place, content, and instructor.

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to cancel a planned course due to a lack of participants or illness.

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to cancel or change a course due to force majeure, e.g. natural disasters, health threats, epidemics, pandemics, war, or public recommendations.
In the event of a cancellation of a course, participants will be contacted in writing.

Course material:

Physical courses: The programme, list of participants etc. is sent to the participants per e-mail approx. one week before the beginning of the course.

Online courses: The programme and a link to the virtual meeting room is sent to the participants per e-mail approx. 2-3 days before the course.

You can also download the Conference Manager app "CM Events" to your mobile to stay up to date on the events you have registered for. Your ticket with your QR code will also appear in the app.

Systematic Continuing Professional Development:

For chiropractors practicing in Denmark, the courses offered by the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub are automatically registered as systematic Continuing Professional Development on kiroviden.dk if the participant fills in his/her CPR number when registering for a course in Conference Manager. All data exchange between Conference Manager and the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub is encrypted and in accordance with the rules in force.

It is your own responsibility to register all other continuing professional development activities not offered by the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub via the registration module. If you do not participate “live” in an online course, it cannot be approved as systematic continuing professional development, even if you subsequently view the recording of the course.

Consent for the use of personal data:

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub points out that by registering for a course, you consent to the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub passing on your personal data (name, employer, city) to the instructor. The purpose of this is to enable the instructor to prepare his/her instruction efficiently in relation to the target audience.

At the same time, you consent to your name, primary occupation, employer, and city appearing on a list of participants, which is handed out to the participants.

Furthermore, the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub points out that physical and online courses may be recorded and stored for later distribution in connection with instruction and continuing professional development.

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub may record pictures and video from physical and online courses, which may subsequently be used by the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub for marketing, articles, news, etc. if you do not wish to appear in pictures or videos, you must contact the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub in writing on efteruddannelse@kiroviden.sdu.dk

By registering for at course, you consent to the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub contacting you about future courses via the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub’s newsletter. You can unsubscribe form the newsletter at any time by writing to the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub on kiroviden@kiroviden.sdu.dk
