How is it with all the formal stuff and the rules regarding participation in the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub courses?

The formalities

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Please contact the CPD unit via e-mail for information regarding your registration and payment - See individual course descriptions for registration deadline.

Payment must be made via bank transfer.

In the event of a course being over-subscribed, the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to give priority to chiropractors and a waiting list will be drawn up.

MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION

The course fee usually includes meals during the day – see the individual course description.

Normally, you can select additional meals and accommodation when you register for a course.

If you have special food requirements, e.g. allergens etc., you must inform us of this when you register for a course.

If you have other special requirements regarding accommodation, you must inform us of this when you register for a course.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so by mail to the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub – see the contact details below.

Physical courses

  • If you cancel no later than 5 weeks before the beginning of the course, the complete course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of the course, 50 % of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the course, the course fee will not be refunded.

Virtual courses

  • If you cancel no later than 3 working days before the beginning of the course, the complete course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 3 working days before the beginning of the course, the course fee will not be refunded.

The course registration is personal. If you are prevented from attending, your registration cannot be transferred to someone else.

In the event of cancellation of registration due to illness or suspicion thereof, the above still applies.

Course participants are obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with current guidelines and recommendations issued by the authorities.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF COURSE

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to change the course programme as well as the price, time, place, content and cancellation of a course.

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to cancel a planned course in the event of too few participants or illness.

The Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to cancel or change a course because of force majeure, i.e. natural disaster, health related threats, epidemics, pandemics, war or if recommended by the authorities.

In the event of a cancellation of a course, participants will be advised in writing or by telephone.

COURSE MATERIAL

Physical courses: You will receive the course material, e.g. programme, list of participants etc., by mail approx. one week before the beginning of the course.

Online courses: You will receive an e-mail with the programme and a link to the virtual meeting room approx. 2-3 days before the course is held.

CONSENT

By registering to a course, you consent to your personal details (name, title, employment and city) being forwarded to the lecturer/instructor. The purpose of this is to give the lecturer/instructor the ability to plan the course content efficiently with the target audience in mind.

At the same time, you consent to a list of participants containing name, title, employment and city being submitted to course participants.

Please be aware that physical and online courses may be recorded and kept for later distribution in connection with instruction and continued professional development.

RESERVATIONS

These standard course conditions are subject to printing errors, errors in the text, course material or other errors.
